Retroguru is a video game developer.
History[]
In 2003, the group that became Retroguru began their unofficial sequel to The Great Giana Sisters, which was created with permission from the original creators, titled Giana's Return. The game was released for free, and was ported to many different systems, including the Dreamcast.
This policy of releasing games for free for many platforms has continued, although they sometimes release their games in limited quantities in physical form for certain systems as well.
In 2015, one of these commercial releases was the Dreamcast version of their puzzle game Fruit'Y: Playing With Edibles. They followed this up with the release of the platformer, Hermes, in 2017.
